OUE Bay Front Link Bridge Decor

Creative Bulb created an unique decor to ‘dress’ up the link bridge at the OUE Bay Front for Chinese New Year 2013. The decor extends from one end of the bridge to the other end comprising of red ribbons and ribbon flower balls. Creative Bulb also designed and decorated the front entrance to the OUE Bay Front Building.
